BioTracker is a 1-D version of BioRedox-MT3D which may be used to quickly simulate multispecies reactive transport simulations.

BioTracker can optionally use a streamtube approach for visualizing simulated concentrations on a plan view figure, or for displaying multispecies concentrations (model versus observed) on a single chart.

At present, BioTracker is an in-house tool that we use to assist with site characterization.
