We can use off-the-shelf programs such as MODFLOW, MT3DMS, RT3D, MODFLOW-SURFACT, FEFLOW, and TMVOC.  We can also use EVS for 3-D visualization of model output. 

In addition to these off-the-shelf products, we have also developed simple and sophisticated modeling tools for simulating oxidation, reduction, and cometabolic degradation: BioRedox-MT3DMS, BIoTracker, and Inverse Rate Models.
